RepGuard Missed-Call Text-Back Service
How You Are Enrolled
You receive messages through this program because you placed an inbound phone call to a local business that uses RepGuard, and your call was not answered. The first automated SMS you receive identifies the business by name, states it is a follow-up to your missed call, and provides opt-out instructions before any further exchange. By responding to that message, or by continuing the conversation, you acknowledge this SMS program.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. No prior registration or form submission is required, and no further messages will be sent after you opt out.
This is a transactional/customer-care service. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or add callers to promotional lists.
Key Disclosures
- Message frequency: Typically 2–6 messages per missed call, depending on how long the automated conversation runs. You will not receive recurring promotional messages.
- Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- No third-party sharing: Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent from that number.
